Day-by-day itinerary
- Day 1
Arrival Tokyo
Arrive Narita / Haneda Airport. Transfer to 4★ Shinjuku hotel. Evening at Shibuya crossing and Omoide Yokocho izakaya alley.
- Day 2
Tokyo city tour
Asakusa Senso-ji Temple, Tokyo Skytree (entry), Imperial Palace Gardens, Meiji Shrine, Harajuku and Shibuya walking tour. Evening at leisure.
- Day 3
Mount Fuji & Hakone
Bullet-train and coach to Mount Fuji 5th Station (weather permitting). Lake Ashi pirate cruise, Owakudani volcanic valley. Check-in to traditional Hakone ryokan with kaiseki dinner and onsen.
- Day 4
Hakone to Kyoto
Morning onsen and ryokan breakfast. Shinkansen bullet-train (Mt. Fuji views) to Kyoto. Afternoon Fushimi Inari Shrine — the iconic vermilion torii gates. 4★ Kyoto check-in.
- Day 5
Kyoto temples
Kinkaku-ji (Golden Pavilion), Ryoan-ji rock garden, Arashiyama bamboo grove, Tenryu-ji temple. Evening Gion geisha district walk with optional tea-ceremony.
- Day 6
Nara day-trip & Osaka transfer
Day-trip to Nara — Todai-ji great Buddha hall and the famous bowing deer of Nara Park. Evening shinkansen to Osaka. Check-in to 4★ Namba hotel.
- Day 7
Osaka city & food walk
Osaka Castle, Umeda Sky Building, Dotonbori canal and Shinsaibashi shopping. Evening guided street-food walk — takoyaki, okonomiyaki, kushikatsu.
- Day 8
Departure
Transfer to Kansai International Airport for onward flight home.
