- Day 1
Arrival in Srinagar
Arrive Srinagar Airport, transfer to hotel. Afternoon Shikara ride on Dal Lake. Mughal Gardens visit.

Srinagar to Gulmarg
Drive to Gulmarg (~2h). Gulmarg gondola Phase 1 to Kongdoori. Evening at leisure.
- Day 3
Gulmarg to Pahalgam
Scenic drive to Pahalgam via Avantipura ruins and saffron fields. Evening at leisure by the Lidder river.
- Day 4
Pahalgam local sightseeing
Aru Valley, Betaab Valley and Chandanwari (subject to permits and season). Return to Pahalgam.
- Day 5
Pahalgam to Srinagar houseboat
Return to Srinagar, check-in to deluxe houseboat on Dal Lake. Evening Shikara dinner ride.
- Day 6
Departure
Old-town Srinagar visit (subject to time). Transfer to Srinagar Airport for departure.
